Samantha Rudman, LCPC
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Samantha Rudman is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has been serving the greater Salisbury area for the past three years. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University in 2019 and her Master’s degree in Clinical Professional Counseling from Loyola University Maryland in 2023. Through her education and clinical experience, Samantha has developed a compassionate and thoughtful approach to supporting individuals in their mental health journeys.
Samantha utilizes techniques from various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Her approach also integrates mindfulness practices and self-compassion work. She believes that everyone can benefit from learning to be kinder to themselves even when working towards personal goals, as guilt and shame often prevent long term progress. Samantha prioritizes creating a safe, supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take up space as they need to.
