Carrie Helgason, LCPC

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Carrie earned her Master’s of Science degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School and has been working in the mental health field since 2012. Currently, she practices as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and has specialized training in Art Therapy.

Carrie has provided therapy in a variety of settings, including in-home, inpatient, and outpatient clinics, and has provided counseling for those struggling with addiction and cooccurring disorders.

Additional specialities include certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children and adolescents, and Integrative Mental Health for all populations.
