Tiffany works with youth ages 7 years old and up, adolescents, young adults and families. She has been working within the community since 2018 as a school-based and private practice mental heath care provider.

Her passion is eco-therapy with a blend of evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Somatics, Positive Psychology, and Adventure Therapy.

Tiffany embraces the uniqueness of each client and honors the challenges they are currently facing. She guides clients to reconnect with their authentic selves in fun and creative interventions for healing and growth to take place. For the last 5 years, Tiffany has run the Eco-Therapy Adventure Camp during the summer months to encourage youth to get outside and experience the benefits Nature has to offer. She is the Vice President of the Board for the Jesse Klump Memorial Fund and an instructor for the suicide prevention program, QPR-Question, Persuade, Refer. Tiffany is also an active member of the Association of Experiential Education. She holds a clinical social work license with the state of Maryland and obtained her Master's of Social Work from Simmons University in Boston, MA.

Tiffany is happy to meet clients in the office, or arrange sessions outside. She offers monthly Eco-Therapy groups and workshops throughout the year.
