Kelly earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University and brings a strong passion for supporting children and adolescents. She works with young people navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related disorders.
Kelly uses evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients develop healthy coping strategies, regulate emotions, and build resilience. She offers a safe and nurturing environment where children and teens can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
